Tilapia + Risotto + Asparagus

Dinner the other night. Tilapia, risotto and asparagus. It looked so pretty I had to take a few photos before I ate. It was as delicious as it looked. I love making risotto a day or so before a weekend long run because risotto leftovers make a delicious post-run snack, with an egg and some salsa.
